Gottipati Vamsi

CEO @ Oibre Technologies
CTO @ Meeter IT

Hi, I'm Vamsi. I've been building software since 2016 and have shipped more than 30 projects along the way. These days I work mostly on AI: harness engineering for agents, fine-tuning models and building high-throughput inference, along with the UI that puts it in front of people. I'm working as CTO at Meeter IT Solutions, where I'm building Meetnote.ai, Convozent and Talenza. I love teaching and have mentored close to 2000 students. Away from the keyboard, I play CS:GO, ride my bike and listen to a lot of rock and electronic music.

The era of Development

I started coding in 2016 with one goal: build my own startup. That meant learning the whole stack, from React and Angular on the frontend to Node.js, Python and PostgreSQL behind it, and shipping it to the cloud.

Today most of what I build is AI-first. I design agent harnesses with tools and memory, build RAG over real company data, fine-tune models and serve them on high-throughput inference stacks. The web skills didn't go away; they're how those models reach people, as products instead of demos.

Game of UI / UX

Building frontends pulled me into design. A product only works if people find it easy and pleasant to use, so I learned to design the interfaces I build.

I work the whole loop: talking to users, sketching flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and then shipping the real thing in code. Being both the designer and the engineer means nothing gets lost in the handoff, and the details that make an interface feel good actually survive to production.

Lately that means designing for AI: chat and voice interfaces, streaming responses, and agents whose state people need to understand and trust. This site, with its ASCII art and scramble effects, is my playground for the experimental side of it.

Starting Oibre

Oibre Technologies is an AI-native startup, and I run it as CEO. Our line is simple: engineering practical AI for ambitious teams. I started it in 2023, and we took on our first project that April.

We do AI consulting, production-grade integrations and hands-on training for founders, operators and engineering teams. That means autonomous AI agents, RAG pipelines on your own data, fine-tuning and MLOps, and workflow automation, along with the web and mobile apps they live in.

On the teaching side we run corporate programs in generative AI, AI agents, RAG and AI strategy for leaders, so teams can build with AI themselves.

We're operational with headquarters in both India and the US. Our client pool includes Walmart, Persistent and three more Fortune 500 MNCs, and we have tie-ups with close to 12 universities across India and the US.

The Meeter IT Journey

I'm the CTO at Meeter IT Solutions, so everything tech is mine: what we build, how we build it, and keeping it running. We're building conversational voice AI across three products.

Beauty Remains

I like solving hard problems with simple solutions. Here are some of the projects I'm proud of, across development, UI/UX design and machine learning.

Embracing Experiences

I've been an intern, a freelancer, a full-time engineer and an architect. Each role showed me a different side of building a product, and taught me to see things the way clients, product managers and designers do.

  1. Bellcoww Technologies later Kamadore · Fullstack Developer

My first full-time role, at an early-stage startup. I built the client portals end to end with Angular, Node.js, MongoDB and Firebase on AWS, and owned deployments and release scripts. Small team, so I touched everything from the database to the pixels.

  2. New Relic Senior Software Developer · Team lead

I led the team that migrated New Relic's legacy Ruby APM experience to a modern stack: React on the frontend and Java services behind it, moving one of the most used parts of the product without breaking it for the people relying on it every day.

  3. Blue Yonder Senior Software Engineer · Synthetic data for ML

I built systems that generate synthetic data for machine learning applications, giving models realistic training and test data where real data was scarce, sensitive or slow to collect.
